Open Level Equipment Class Description:

Upside-Down Pilates open level equipment classes are flowing workouts that may incorporate the reformer, Cadillac, chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, arc barrel, balance ball, foam roller, weighted ball, rolling ball, magic circle, bosu, and experimental anatomy. This class explores the use of breath, spinal articulation, pelvic and shoulder stability and mobility, head and cervical spine alignment, as well as focus and control through Pilates based exercises.

This is a series of lessons that is based upon the collective level of each class. Your teacher will choose the best piece of equipment for her students and may change it from week to week.
