Cadillac II reviews the fundamentals of Upside-Down Pilates and focuses on shoulder mobility and stability as well as ankle hip and knee alignment, while increasing strength and flexibility throughout the body during Cadillac based exercises. The Cadillac is a piece of equipment Joseph Pilates created using a bed, the bed posts, and bed springs to help rehab amputee patience during WWI.
