Level II Group Arc Barrel

Arc Barrel II reviews the fundamentals of Upside-Down Pilates and focuses on shoulder mobility and stability as well as ankle, hip, and knee alignment, while increasing strength and flexibility throughout the body during arc barrel based exercises.
