Level II Group Chair

Chair II reviews the fundamentals of Upside-Down Pilates and focuses on shoulder mobility and stability as well as ankle, hip, and knee alignment, while increasing strength and flexibility throughout the body during Chair based exercises. The chair is a piece of equipment Joseph Pilates created based on the box Chinese acrobats used. He hoped one day this piece of equipment would be in the home of every American.
