Level I Group Reformer

Reformer I teaches the fundamentals of Upside-Down Pilates and introduces reformer exercises. We will explore the use of breath, spinal articulation, pelvic and shoulder stability and mobility, head and cervical spine alignment, as well as focus and control through reformer based exercises. The reformer is a piece of equipment Joseph Pilates created to challenge dancers, gymnasts, and other athletes to gain strength, flexibility, and balance throughout the body. Open to all students.
