Open Level Upside-Down Pilates

Upside-Down Pilates open level Upside-Down Pilates classes are flowing workouts that may incorporate the reformer, Cadillac, chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, arc barrel, balance ball, foam, weighted ball, rolling ball, magic circle, bosu, and experiential anatomy. This class explores the use of breath, spinal articulation, pelvic and shoulder stability and mobility, head and cervical spine alignment, as well as focus and control through Pilates based exercises. Open level classes are open to all levels of experience. Your teacher will choose the best piece of equipment for her students and may change it from week to week.
