Reformer II reviews the fundamentals of Upside-Down Pilates and focuses on shoulder mobility and stability as well as ankle, hip, and knee alignment, while increasing strength and flexibility throughout the body during reformer based exercises. The reformer is a piece of equipment Joseph Pilates created to challenge dancers, gymnasts, and other athletes to gain strength, flexibility, and balance throughout the body.
