Level III Group Reformer

Reformer III challenges strength and flexibility along with introducing coordination during Reformer based exercises. Must be attending class 2-3 days per week to participate. The reformer is a piece of equipment Joseph Pilates created to challenge dancers, gymnasts, and other athletes to gain strength, flexibility, and balance throughout the body.
